The battle of the smartphones continues as more top-ranking Android devices are continuously being launched this year. Get ready to check out an in-depth specification of the Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy S7, give your verdict then take a pick!

Samsung has already proven its viability in the market. With almost thousands sold all over the world, no one can contest that this brand is something worth buying. However, Google Pixel according to TechTimes, is a new contender who is ready to prove its worth as well. Although both Android phones have same features such as fingerprint scanner, awesome camera capabilities and efficient battery usage, their other features will surely be something to take into consideration before choosing which one is the best.

Samsung's Galaxy S7 comes with a 32GB storage and can be expanded up to 256GB. Google Pixel, on the other hand, will come in 2 models: the 32 GB and 128 GB but there are no provisions for adding more memory storage.

When it comes to RAM and processor, the Galaxy S7 as mentioned by Trusted Reviews has a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor while the Google Pixel is powered by the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 CPU. The operating system for Pixel comes out of its box which is Android 7.1 Nougat while the Galaxy S7 has pre-loaded Android Marshmallow 6.0.

Camera features for Samsung S7 include a 12MP primary camera with LED flash and also a 5 mp secondary camera. Google Pixel has 12.3MP for its primary camera, Dual LED flash and 8 mp front-facing camera.

The design of each Android smartphones is attractive and has its own outstanding feature. Samsung is available in different colors, light-weight and slim. It is protected with Corning's Gorilla Glass 4 and it is said to have a waterproof chassis.

Google Pixel has a rectangular build, fingerprint scanner on its back and comes in glass and metal which feature an antenna and a half-glossy and half-matte finish. Price for the Google Pixel is $649 while Samsung Galaxy S7 is $549.
