Huawei just recently announced its two latest flagship smartphones, the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus, at a press conference the day before the MWC 2017 started. The new phones improve on last year's P9 and P9 Plus, especially in the camera category.

Aside from the camera, it has also improved its designs, and a few upgrades to refine the already impressive Huawei P9. Huawei is known to be the third-largest phone manufacturer in the world.

The all-new Huawei P10 has a slim metal body with a matte "sandblast" finish and also round edges. Compared to other smartphones, the flagship phone comes in two different sizes.

Additionally, the fingerprint scanner and home button have been moved from the back of the phone to the front, same with the Samsung Galaxy S7. The company also had some significant changes in the range of colors. It has teamed up with Pantone Color Institute to release the new phone in a range of on-trend colors that's designed to "embody the personalities of the contemporary consumer."

The colors available will include Pantone Greenery, Dazzling Blue, Mystic Silver, Graphite Black, Prestige Gold, Dazzling Gold, Rose Gold, and Ceramic White. When it comes to the much-upgraded camera system, the flagship phone features an upgraded Leica dual camera with a 12MP color sensor and 20MP monochrome sensor, developed to capture detailed facial features.

When it comes to specs, the flagship phone features a 5.1-inch screen, 64GB storage, 4GB RAM, and a 3,200mAh battery. While the P10 Plus has a 5.5-inch display and either 4GB RAM and 64GB storage or 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will come with the phone. It has a 3,750mAh battery.

The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus will be offered in Europe and China starting March 2017 and will be followed by Asia, Latin America, Russia, and South Africa next month. The P10's price has been confirmed at €649, while the P10 Plus comes in at €699 for the 64GB version with 4GB RAM and €799 for the 128GB version with 6GB RAM.
