When one sees a floppy disk, it has no use anymore. But think again because floppy disk might finally be use again as a smart phone charger.

Though are no official statements yet, but a report says that floppy disk can finally be used again as a smart phone charger, according to hypervocal.com. How is this possible and what is it in a floppy disk that allow charger possible?

The floppy disk was created by IBM in 1967. The main use of floppy disk is to save and backup information from your computer. However, unlike the USB drive now, the floppy disk has limited storage up to 1.44MB,according to Computerhope.com.Thus, the floppy disk is rarely seen and use today, and is being replaceby the USB drive.However, the floppy disk is not totally extinct; because floppy disks are being re-used in different ways aside from saving computer information. And one of these ways is to use the floppy disk as a smart phone charger.
