Just two weeks after first appearing in app form on the iPad and iPhone, the National Football League's new NFL Now digital content network has reached Apple's set-top streamer to provide viewers with highlights, news, and archive footage.

The new channel features a design similar to other channels available for Apple TV, with a number of scrolling billboards along the top and a listing of popular videos below, according to a report by AppleInsider.com.

Users can also access their own personalized NFL Now stream on the Apple TV.

The NFL says that the custom stream, which is based on a viewer's favorite teams, players, and even their fantasy roster, will eventually change "to the point where no two registered fans will have the same experience on NFL Now."

The channel will be stocked with 105 hours of original content each week to, and 400 available hours of historical footage will be available to all viewers, according to the report.

Viewers will be able to unlock additional content, like instant in-game highlights, with a $1.99-per-month subscription to NFL Now Plus, which can be purchased on the Apple TV.

International viewers will have to pay $4.99 a month, but the service allow those who live outside the U.S., U.K., and Mexico a chance to access a live stream of the NFL Network and Sunday access to NFL Red Zone.
