Las Vegas police have confirmed Grammy winner Carlos Santana was not hurt during a car crash on Sept. 14.

Santana, 66, who was alone in the car, hit a parked vehicle according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

"He hit a parked car, it was a minor accident, is all," Las Vegas police Lt. Ken Romane told the newspaper.

Police have already determined Santana was not under the influence at the time of the crash.

Santana played the House of Blues at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino on Sept. 13 and Sept. 15, but did not perform the night of the crash.

The legendary guitarist has won over 15 Grammy awards, performed at Woodstock, and was named a 2013 Kennedy Center Honoree recently.

In the 1990's, Santana's album "Supernatural" was a huge hit, producing No. 1 hit singles like "Smooth" and "Maria Maria." The album has sold over 25 million copies world-wide, according to Billboard.

Rolling Stone magazine listed Santana in 2003 at number 20 on its list of 100 Greatest Guitarist of All Time.
