The Mercedes-Benz Concept A had stolen the show over the freshly updated reality star Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The Mercedes-Bens Concept A sedan concept was first seen on the Shanghai Motor Show. Concept A was the pioneering sedan to come off the company's Ben's small car MFA2 architecture.

The Original design of the Mercedes-Benz Concept A would go through some significant changes. Concept A would morph into a production car with the same underbody structure as a replacement for the Concept A and B-Class. The sedan's GLA, the CLA and more, including a small coupe and a convertible are also subject to be replaced.

The Mercedes-Benz Concept A sedan is labeled as a concept car. The sedan is only 2.76 inches shorter than the current CLA production. Concept A is also wider about 3.66 inches and an accurate figure of 1.18 inches lower at the roofline.

Concept A is inspired by the CLA sedan. Mercedes-Benz innovated the CLA model adding some vertical treatment of sedans C-Pillar. The Concept A was designed with short overhangs like the C-Pillar. The Concept A  design demonstrates a concept that is not trying to cross the line between coupe and sedan. Both sedans may have short overhangs. However, the rear one is the key difference of the car giving the sedan with an overall length of the old and new sedan.

The Concept A is designed with a higher beltline. This gives highlight by adopting to AMG's Panamericana grill. Showing off an aggressive vertical chrome design bars and a pair of power domes on the hood.

The ultraviolet paint was coated on the sedans' headlight grid structure. The headlight will also glow in different colors depending on the light around them. The running lights also chance during the day running lights are color white. The Concept A also gets dark privacy films for its windows and full-length paranoiac glass roof.

The Mercedes-Benz Concept A sedans rear has a diffuser look applied to the sedan, by painting the bottom half of its bumper. The Concept A was installed with 20-inch alloy wheels. The sedan's door is a retro design by coming out of the door themselves. Rather that the A-Pillar corners of its front windows.
