Xbox fans will be ecstatic as Microsoft is set to unleash its Xbox One Scorpio in the upcoming E3 this coming June. The company is set to reveal its powerful gaming console that will surely provide a stiff competition with Sony's PS4.

Eurogamer together with Digital Foundry provided full specs of the new powerful gaming console. Here is what to be expected so far with Microsoft's "Project Scorpio". Check these specs out.

The Xbox One Scorpio can process six teraflops or an impressive six trillion floating point operations per second. This is 4.5 times powerful than the previous Xbox One and around 1.4 times powerful that the PS4. Talk about power! Inside its CPU, it has an 8-core CPU clocked at 2.3 GHz with a 12GB RAM where a 4GB of RAM is distributed for its operating system alone. The memory bandwidth has increased to 326GB/s and Microsoft has enhanced the Direct3D 12 APIs so that it can be handled by the GPU alone. Aside from that, it will have a 1TB, a 2.5-inch drive for playing plus a 4k Blu-ray UHD drive.

It is also revealed that the new Xbox Scorpio will be having an internal power supply just like the Xbox One and supported by Dolby Atmos. All of the Xbox One games are expected to work with this new console. What is good about it - the games will look a lot better with less tearing, better loading time plus an excellent frame rate for the players' satisfaction and enjoyment.

Microsoft promised that all will be revealed at the E3 this coming June. There is still no confirmation as to how much this new console will be, but Eurogamer and Digital Foundry thinks that it might go around $499. All the company is saying that the Xbox One Scorpio will be the most powerful console ever! Stay tuned for more updates.
