2017 NanoFlowcell Quant 48Volt: The Most Economical Drive System Available For An Electric Vehicle

The German electric car manufacturer, NanoFlowcell has come up with the latest advancement of their flow cell research, the 2017 NanoFlowcell Quant 48Volt Concept. It will be presented this March at the International Geneva Motor Show.

This concept will have a lavish body structure of an electric sports car. It will showcase the company's state-of-the-art flow cell research.

The unique thing about the Quant is its original design of cell drive. Compared to the previous Quant FE, Quant 48Volt is entirely running at a low voltage of technology while the FE is on a high voltage driving system.

The company was successful in their work in the development of the controllable flow cell which is the first so far. It enables the design with a low electric voltage even without the need of any supercapacitors which are heavy and expensive at the same time.

This 2017 NanoFlowcell Quant 48Volt is a four seater that doesn't lack any power when it comes to disposal. Its all-wheel drive and 560 kW can go for a top speed of 300 km per hour. The new cell is also designed to enable to process a high energy density with the bi-ION.

The 2017 NanoFlowcell Quant 48Volt's 560 kW of electric motors provides the electric sports car acceleration from 0-100 km per hour in just a span of 2.4 seconds. The expected range is over 1,000 km which has an added 25 percent more compared to the Quant FE sports car that is a high voltage version.

2017 NanoFlowcell Quant 48Volt is not just all about the looks and performance. It also offers some benefits. One doesn't need to pay more on extra when it comes to the high-voltage safety just to be met. It also has a cost reduction in the development as well as the production and the maintenance.
