Xbox One Project Scorpio is labeled as the "beast" by Microsoft's top executives. It has received numerous praises from fans and Microsoft itself. But, the upcoming beastly console faces speculations that might not be in favor to Scorpio's fans. A report stating that the console might be outdated soon as it launches to the public.

Gathering datas from previous reports that surfaced the internet, Xbox One Project Scorpio might be facing a huge challenge ahead. The Dream Team FC discussed how Xbox One Project Scorpio might be outdated before its launch. The site stated that Project Scorpio 6.5 TFLOPS Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 will be in the mid-range bracket and Nvidia is looking forward into releasing the GeForce GTX 1080Ti. With that being said, could Xbox One Project Scorpio be outdated?

Phil Spencer, Xbox boss shared his sentiments toward the allegation and appeared confident that Xbox One Project Scorpio will see generational leap when it comes to visuals. He mentioned that "the upgrade to Scorpio in terms of visual fidelity will feel as dramatic a change as we're used to seeing in new generations."

Another reason why Xbox One Project Scorpio is speculated to be released early than expected is the hype it receives from Microsoft. According to Express, the hype is a little bit too early to get going since the console is not arriving early this year. Some speculation suggests that Xbox One Project Scorpio's release date might be in early Autumn or a month before Christmas 2017.

Nonetheless, fans will more likely to wait for the E3 Convention in Los Angeles this year for the Xbox One Project Scorpio's release date. It is also speculated that the console's price range will be between $500 to $600. The company leaves fans a reminder that it aims to compete with consoles to consoles, and not PCs. Therefore, fans should take every allegation with a grain of salt.
