Dragon Ball Super Episode 69 Spoilers

The upcoming episode introduces Arale --- a popular character from Akira Toriyama's manga series, "Dr. Slump".

Dragon Ball Super episode 69 is entitled, "Goku vs Arale! The Earth Comes To An End Due To Their Battle?".

Arale made an appearance in a previously aired episode of the hit Japanese anime television series; however, her return to the show this time is a key one in episode 69, which involves Goku and his friends attending the World Invention Award, according to a post on Gojiitaaf's official Facebook page.

The event recognizes newfangled contraptions as the world's greatest scientists --- including Bulma, who is accompanied by her husband Vegeta --- assemble for the ceremony. While Hercule is assigned the task of presenting the award, Goku got himself a part-time security guard job here.

Dr. Mashirito, who did not receive an invitation for the event, attacks out of frustration with both Arale and Gatchan at his side.

What does the evil scientist have in mind? And why are Arale and Gatchan with him? This could also allude to an impending showdown between two of Toriyama's most powerful creations, according to Forbes.

The upcoming Dragon Ball Super episode 69, which is slated to air on Dec. 4, 2016 on Fuji TV is likely to unravel the mystery.

What makes the speculated battle between Goku and Arale even more interesting is the fact that Toriyama himself has often referred to Arale as one of his strongest creations. He did not even shy away from claiming that Arale might just be strong enough to defeat Goku in a battle.
