Arriving in Australia in June this year, the 2016 Honda Civic sedan is highly anticipated with its array of new features. The company's newest range is said to have 5 models plus a new addition from next year's lineup.

Equipped with a turbocharged powertrain and bold styling, the new Honda Civic range would have the VTi, VTi-L, VTi-S, VTi-LX and RS models, according to DriveAU. The company also stated that this lineup would also have a 5-door hatchback from the upcoming 2017 line.

An added markup price of $3,900 to the Civic VTi would have its price set at $22,390. A little bit higher than the outgoing Civic Vis, however, the new model would have a standard auto transmission in it, which accounts for the price markup.

The prices of the other variants of the 2016 Honda Civic such as the VTi-S would be at $24,490 while the Vti-L, RS, and VTi-LX would be priced at $27,790, $31,790, and $33,590 each. Customers need to be reminded that the starting prices are excluding on-road costs.

Full specifications of the 2016 Honda Civic sedan are set to be announced by the Japanese car maker.Latest information revealed it as the company's most connected line with Android Auto, Bluetooth, and Apple CarPlay as few of its high-tech features.

Stephen Collins, Honda Australia director, said that all models come with exclusive CVT transmission, says MotorReportAu. Other features include cruise control plus speed limiter, climate control, 4-wheel brakes, and full suspension.

The company is also looking to be in line with its competitors and buyers' favorite in the Australian market that includes the Toyota Corolla and the Mazda3. "We are starting to get our mojo back, and it all revolves around new product," Collins said.
