Justin Bieber has fired back at Patrick Carney, the drummer for The Black Keys, after a remark he made shortly after the Grammy Awards on Feb. 10 according to the Examiner.
"He's rich, right? Grammys are for music, not for money and he's making a lot of money," said Carney when asked about Bieber being snubbed a Grammy nominated at the show.
Bieber wasted little time to respond stating "the black keys drummer should be slapped around haha" on Twitter.
Bieber tried to make it seem like he was joking around, but it doesn't seem like the pop-star has gotten over the fact his last album " Believe" didn't get more recognition.
It wasn't a complete waste of a weekend for the "Never Say Never" singer, as he did double duty on SNL the day before the Grammys. His acting on the show has been criticized by many media outlets. Bieber did manage to apologize during the show after pictures were released of him smoking weed online.
The Black Keys, who were nominated for several awards this past Sunday, now have seven Grammy wins under their belt. Bieber has yet to win one according to the Grammy Awards website.
