Bugatti Chiron can go 0 to 250 mph in less than 60 seconds. It could beat the formerly fastest production car on earth, the Veyron which is only capable of going 250 mph only in a straight pathway and with a running start to do it.

The Bugatti Chiron is a mid-engine sports car designed by Volkswagen Group and manufactured in France by Bugatti Automobiles. The Chiron made its first appearance on March 1, 2016, at the Geneva Motor Show. Like its predecessor, the Veyron, both of them are made in a body structure of carbon fiber. It contains an 8-litre W16 quad-turbocharged engine and 1,103kW of power.

According to VWvortex, not only can the Chiron go 250 mph on a straight road such as the Veyron, but it could also run at a remarkable speed around a course or a lap. The Chiron drove around Le Mans last year and hit a speed of 236 mph. That is faster than any car that could hit a racetrack, including Audi's R18 race car.

Furthermore, RoadandTrack states that the Bugatti Chiron makes more than twice as much horsepower as a Hellcat. The Challenger Hellcat can go 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds. It also has 707 horsepower. The Hellcat's top speed is 199 mph. The Challenger Hellcat is one of the feared muscle cars when it comes to drag racing, but it shows that the Chiron could double its specs and speeds.

Another fact, the Bugatti Chiron could accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under than 2.5 seconds. Also, it could go 0-190 mph in under 13.6 seconds. The Chiron's top speed is limited to 420 km/h or (260 mph). The Chiron was an instant success, selling 200 units in its first delivery, costing $2,700,000. The Chiron is considered to be one of the fastest car born to date going at a top speed of 250 mph only in 60 seconds.
