It is nowhere near Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom's release date, yet, this highly-anticipated smartphone is already making waves all over the internet. ZenFone 3 Zoom's most redeeming quality is probably its 5,000 mAH battery, but there is more to it than just that.

If 5,000 mAH battery life is not impressive enough, the ZenFone 3 Zoom has a lot more to offer. Zoom is, first and foremost, a smartphone built to provide the user a better camera experience. It is well-equipped with the advanced phone cameras to date.

Two 12-megapixel cameras are featured, one 25mm, one 56mm with 2.3x optical zoom. In front, an even better 13-megapixel front-facing selfie camera is fully ready with screen flash. Talk about taking better-looking selfies.

That is not all the ZenFone 3 Zoom has to offer. It gives the user the option to artfully blur the background in an image when in portrait mode - a feature which can only be done on one other smartphone: the iPhone 7 Plus.

It can be used in full manual mode and boasts an enhanced low-light sensitivity. Once this smartphone updates to Android 7.0 Nougat, it will have raw file support.

Naturally, this smartphone is great for travel and long trips. The long battery life is only what other smartphones dream of having. It is also worth to mention that with 5,000 mAH users can share the battery power with other devices. Yes, it can serve as a power bank to power up other smartphones.

Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom was unveiled during CES 2017. In the event, it was revealed that this smartphone will be available next month. As for the price, it was reported that the top of the line model with 128GB built-in storage can be purchased for CNY 3,699. As of the moment, that converts to $533 or €504.

It can be expected that the 23 and 64GB models will be cheaper. However, the prices for these models are yet to be revealed.
