Sofia Vergara Attempting To Block Sale Of Hacked Photos, Stolen From Fiancé’s Phone

Modern Family star Sofia Vergara is reportedly trying to stop "personal" photos stolen from her fiance's BlackBerry from being put up for sale.

The New York Post is reporting that someone stole pictures taken of the actress from her fiancé Nick Loeb's cell phone sometime this past week.

The only information known at this time is that the pictures of Vergara were put up for sale by a seller from Florida. Rumors have circulated that Loeb might have actually lost the phone, in which someone found it and then after realizing whose phone it was, figured he or she could make some money off of it.

The photos reportedly show Vergara in her bathroom and bedroom, and while they don't reveal anything that can't be found in a magazine, the pictures were supposed to be kept private between her and her fiancé.

Vergara has been dating Loeb since 2010 and they were engaged this past July on her birthday. The couple is currently in New York.

Vergara plays Gloria on the hit television show 'Modern Family' and was recently named by Forbes as the top-earning actress on TV for 2012 after she made $19 million this past year. She has been nominated for three Emmy's and two Golden Globes for her role on the show.
