Center Fielder of the Angels, Mike Trout was involved in a tragic car accident last Wednesday. Fortunately, the LA Angels superstar was left unscathed. The accident happened in Orange County, around 8:05 pm.
After winning against the Reds in Anaheim, the team had dinner and Trout went home driving his Black Mercedez. Then the crash happened at 55 Freeway very near the Angels Stadium. Four cars were said to have been involved in the crash.

The other car was badly damaged it needed a Jaws of Life to get one victim out of the damaged car; A 27-year-old woman suffered major injuries and was sent to the hospital.

According to Trout, he swerved his black Mercedez as he tried to avoid other cars as the traffic stopped because of another accident. That's when he hit the left rear side of the other car.

Mike Trout, who haven't been in an accident before, said it was a scary situation and it left him shocked. He said it kept him all night.

"A lot of things go through your head," he said. "It's a scary situation. I thought I would wake up and be sore. With the impact, I thought it was a possibility, but when I woke up I was fine."

Apart from it, the star player is not allowed to talk about the case until it is well-taken care off. This is to assure that the investigation goes smoothly as the final findings will affect the insurance companies in taking care of the situation. After the investigation, Trout is said to reach out to the other driver who is still in the hospital.

But even so, fans need not worry about Mike as he's not taking a break and is still on the ground. Just last Friday, they faced the Mariners and the game gave the Angels an 11-8 loss.
