Audi Debuts 2015 A3 Advertising Campaign Featuring Queen

A new advertising campaign debuted for the 2015 Audi A3 this week featuring the popular song "We Are the Champions" by Queen.

The commercial was created to get people excited for the new A3, which will hit showrooms officially on April 3, according to a company press release.

Besides the hit song, the campaign also features celebrities like chef David Chang, and comedian Ricky Gervais, who can be found in the new movie "Muppets: Most Wanted," in theaters on March 21.

Audi said it wanted to showcase "fearless individuals" in its new ad.

"Building off the 'Stay Uncompromised' theme that debuted during the Super Bowl, the new campaign for the Audi A3 celebrates fearless individuals who refuse to compromise, whether they're entertainers, athletes or Audi engineers," said Loren Angelo, Audi of America director of marketing, in a statement, according to the release.

The ads also features the 4G LTE connectivity in the 2015 model.

A 30-second spot released this week shows Gervais and a child in the backseat reading funny Twitter updates about the comedian.
