2018 BMW Pickup Truck Confirmed Coming In 2018?

Speculations have it that the all-new 2018 BMW Pickup Truck has been in the famed German automaker's pipeline for quite a while now. In spite trying to every category that the company needs to fill, the automaker still hasn't dared to take on the highly competitive area of pickup trucks. So here are all the speculations about the brand new BMW pickup truck.

There have been many reports that BMW has announced the long-awaited pickup truck. According to speculations, the 2018 model will be inspired by a Hilux design making the truck less eye-catching on the market.

This new design of the brand will have a storage tank that can hold with a maximum of 4 liters and can also generate 295 lb-ft. This truck is also said to be better than of the others since it uses a six-speed manual transmission that fits perfectly to its wheel capacity. The pickup truck also works at 300 kph which is faster than the regular truck during its trial sessions.

In fact, the pickup was designed to have a risk-free for the longer journey no matter how roadway surface may seem like due to its solid shock absorbers. This brand new system of the automaker is significant for a journey which is the main reason why a lot of BMW fans are eagerly waiting for its release.

On the inside, it will have some themes that are seen on the X5 SUV. The dashboard of the new pickup will be of typical of BMW's - French-stitched leather dashboard with wooden insertions. The infotainment is anticipated to be similar to iPad with an iDrive controller that comes with an analog gauge cluster.

The 2018 BMW Pickup Truck will be targeting the European market, so the engine will most likely use diesel. It will get four engine options; a 2-liter turbocharged four cylinder that produces up to 200hp, 3-liter turbodiesel inline six with 255 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque, 3-liter turbocharged six-cylinder that makes 300hp and 300 lb-ft of torque, and the top engine 4.4-liter turbo V8 that produces 445hp and 480 lb-ft of torque.
