Toyota FT-4X: "Four Wheeling. Scene Stealing;" Star of 2017 New York Auto Show

The Toyota FT-4X is definitely one of the most anticipated portions of the 2017 New York Auto Show. As Toyota recently released a teaser shot of it, enthusiasts of the world are excited. It is even better for those living close to New York as they will have the chance to see it live.

The FT actually stands for Future Toyota while 4X suggests that it may be a 4x4 which can do so much to the amazement of everyone. By the looks of it, this may even be a direct competition to the Jeep Wrangler, so beware. Fiat-Chrysler may be closely monitoring the Toyota FT-4X as it may even be available in dealerships the same time as the 2018 Jeep Wrangler. It may at one point be more powerful than the Wrangler so for this purpose, the New York Auto Show is the place to be to find out more about the new Toyota car.

The teaser shot revealed a rugged body cladding and a bulky off-road tire. The short clip is indeed a good one as it did not reveal too much. With that, enthusiasts and fans are more eager to know more about it. Limited information definitely builds excitement. Such hype is very much needed to gain momentum as the 2017 New York Auto Show draws closer and closer.

Definitely, off-roading is gaining popularity as a good number of off-roaders will soon be launched. Everyone's anticipating the 2018 Jeep Wrangler and its pickup. Ford Bronco also promises to be the best. Now, the FT-4X is an addition to the roster so the road to off-roading supremacy promises to be extremely exciting. With all off-roaders launched, people wonder which would really be the best of its kind ever.

The FT-4X is expected to be the successor of FJ40. From the teaser, everyone even got more interested and excited as Toyota dropped a very striking two sentence, "Four Wheeling. Scene Stealing." At this point, nothing can get better than that. Well, the FT-4X is already a scene-stealer even before the show, so what more at the showroom.

The 2017 New York Auto Show will open on April 12, barely two weeks from now. More details about this promising ride will definitely be reported for everyone's reference so stay tuned.
