The Power Rangers Movie Is Coming This March With A Back-To-Back Launch Of The Power Rangers: Legacy Wars Mobile Game

The 90's hit series Power Rangers will grace the big screen making it one of the highly-anticipated film of 2017. Also, its mobile game version, "The Power Rangers: Legacy Wars" will be coming a day before the movie release.

The Power Rangers official trailer is so powerful, with ordinary teens gaining extraordinary powers battling an evil space creature. Surely, fans will be in awe with the fight scenes, costumes and even the visual effects.

Also, two weeks before the released date of Saban's "The Power Rangers," the original Pink Ranger Amy Jo Johnson interviewed the new "Power Rangers" cast. Amy went undercover but got easily recognized by the cast. She asked them if the movie will still carry the positive impact the TV series brought its fans before.

Ludi Lin answered that it will continue to pass the message of love and teamwork the way the "Power Rangers" has for each other. He also added that this positive message that it brings should be passed to the new generation of kids that are working together and overcoming challenges in a fun and positive way,  Comic book reported.

The story of the Power Rangers began from five ordinary teenagers who are living in a small town of Angel Grove. These teens discover that the world will be threatened by the aliens. Since they are the chosen ones, they discover that only them can save the planet, but before they become the Power Rangers they must first solve their issues in life before it's too late.

The stars of "Power Rangers" are Ludi Lin as Zack Taylor (Black Ranger), Dacre Montgomery as Jason Lee (Red Ranger), RJ Cyler as Billy Cranston (Blue Ranger), Becky G as Trini Kwan (Yellow Ranger), Naomi Scott as Kimberly Hart (Pink Ranger), Bill Hader as Alpha 5, Bryan Cranston as Zordon and Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa.

The Power Ranger was written by Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz, directed by Project Almanac-helmer Dean Israelite. The movie will be released in theaters on coming March 24.

Meanwhile, American fans of the hit series are happy to know that their favorite childhood series' video game The Power Rangers: Legacy Wars" will be launched on March 23. While fans in Canada and Brazil apparently started playing this game since March 2, it's soft launch, according to Christian Post.

The mobile game release announcement was made during Unity Technologies' presentation. The game development company is responsible for the letting Ludi Lin also known as Black Ranger and Jason David Frank, Green Ranger to participate in the live game demo. The game's plot focuses on evil Rita Repulsa's cloned army of Power Rangers out to destroy the teams' reputation. The Power Rangers game allows players to create their own team in the hope to defeat the evil space rangers.
