Next-Generation Nissan Frontier Prices, Specs Finally Announced!

The Next-Generation Nissan Frontier has been introduced into the market during the 2016 Sao Paulo International Motor Show last November. However, the recent 2018 Nissan Frontier had been developed far better than its predecessor. In fact, the pickup truck will now be available in Japan this month. What are its specifications and features?

The model has been around in the market for a decade. In fact, the latest installment is the 12th generation 2018 Nissan Frontier which has improved striking design and updated technological features, comfort and safety specifications, and innovative add-ons, reported Nissan News. In fact, the automaker itself attested that it is the best version of the model in this segment and its modern upgrades transformed the vehicle into sturdy but lighter automobile.

It has been installed on a chassis which is four times more durable than its predecessors, now has eight crossbars, and a separate chassis that has welds called the double "C" which made it more resistant to the impact. Furthermore, its technological features include the Automatic Drop Down Control, Ramp Start Assist System, a more accurate brake control, and the car exits from immobility in increasing terrain. Moreover, it can be purchased with the double cabin version with 4x4 traction or the modern diesel engine which is powered by a 2.3L double turbo engine.

In other news, Nissan USA reported that the vehicle has 11 separate versions. The basic version, the SKing Cab, can be purchased at $18,390 and can run 152 hp, has full-length boxed ladder frame, S Preferred Package with the standard automatic transmission, Anti-Lock Braking System, and the forward-facing rear flip up seats. The SV 4-Cylinder King Cab can be purchased at $22,860 but installed with 16" aluminum-alloy wheels, 5.0 color display, and the Sirius XM Satellite radio. Other versions run at 261 hp, with varied technological features installed.

The 2018 Nissan Frontier had been developed into a more functional and durable pickup truck, the best version of the brand in its market segment yet. Will it overshadow the 2018 Ford F-150 vehicles and other heavyweights in its market?
