The season finale of the hit period drama "Taboo" will air on BBC One on February 25. American viewers will have a later viewing three days after on FX. The last episode of the Tom Hardy series will be a time of reckoning. What can fans expect from the eighth installment of the British series that premiered last January 7?

Episode 8 will see a confrontation between James Delaney and Sir Stuart Strange (Sir Jonathan Price) of the East India Co. This scene will reveal the cold and hard truth about the deceitful, ruthless, cunning, shrewd, and corrupt businessman. These revelations about his seedy past and dealings will have deadly ramifications.

Meanwhile, Prince Regent, played by "Sherlock Holmes'" Mark Gatiss," has one final plan to make the hell out of Delaney. The preening Royal's cold enmity will turn into a lethal fury with the sole aim of destroying James who was described by Variety magazine as a pre-Victorian James Bond.

YouTube user Engrej s Chronicles made a preview analysis of "Taboo's" next episode. According to him, the video shows James' son delivering messages to his companions including Brace, Mr. Chompley, and Aticus. The trio has been with James since the start. It might be safe to say that James is conspiring with them to escape to Nootka Sound.

The Nootka Sound actually exists in Canada and is an important location in the show's depiction of the War of 1812. Nootka in "Taboo" is being contested by the Delaney family and the East India Company. The land was bequeathed to James following the suspicious death of his father, Horace Delaney. James returned to England to settle his affairs.
