Nissan, a Japanese automobile manufacturer, is known from some of their car models that have a chassis malfunction problem. The company was called for attention since many drivers had experienced the unfortunate event that may have caused some of their lives.

The company is aware of the snapping concern. However, they are said to be keeping it under the sheets. Today, the automobile giant is in pressure of recalling their best seller pick-up truck after a series of images were posted by the owners showing a car separated into two due to the weakening of the rust.

Richy Holmes, 50, who was driving a Navara was on the road with his 4-year-old daughter and pregnant wife when the chassis separated. According to Holmes, the incident was a disgrace but somehow was lucky that he was just running a couple of miles per hour during the unexpected situation.

There were also some owners of updated model trucks that has been affected of the said dilemma. Meanwhile, Nissan is offering an inspection that is free of charge for the users who have concerns with their vehicles. Attwood Solicitors then again is taking a shot at stake on behalf of many proprietors in the UK.

There are over 35,000 of Navaras were said to be affected in the UK and over 193,000 globally according to a law firm which the company has firmly disagreed. A spokesperson for the company stated that there were only small counts of these affected vehicles.

An official statement from Nissan was released stating, "We're aware of the issue in a relatively small number of previous generation Navara's (D40) and have taken action. We've put measures in place to quickly resolve the concerns of any customers who have contacted us about this." The company also added that they were assisting their clients even the one's who owned an affected vehicle for 12 years now. For customers with any concerns, they advise to contact their care team for a quick response and be provided with possible solutions.
