Jaguar Collectors Hot Deal: 1991 Jaguar XJR-15 On Sale! You Can Buy One Out Of The 27 Classic Units

Jaguar collectors have a new deal to pursue to expand their collection. The legendary 1991 Jaguar XJR-15 is now on sale and you could be the owner of one of the 27 units released in the 1990s.

Here is a rare chance to own a classic treasure from Jaguar. With only 27 units produced from 1990 to 1992, one unit of the legendary Jaguar XJR-15 is currently on sale at Classic Driver, the London-based car dealer.

This gorgeous race car was the first to utilize a carbon fiber monocoque. It sports a naturally-aspirated 6.0-liter V12 engine, producing 450 bhp and 420 lb-ft of torque.

It seems that the precious Jaguar has been maintained by the owner. Most of the original parts of the race car on sale are still intact.

The owner must have been a collector of cars too. It seems that the owner has other cars to use as the mileage of the Jaguar on sale reflects only less than 1,400 miles.

The Jaguar XJR-15 has a blue paint job on its body. Grey leather was used in the interiors. This 2-door Jaguar can sit two passengers.

Interestingly, the gorgeous design of the race car on sale was created by a popular car designer too. Apparently, the Jaguar XJR-15 was designed by Peter Stevens, who was also the designer behind the McLaren F1.

According to the description on the deal page, the car on sale has upgraded locks and hinges. The upgrade was necessary to allow the bonnet and engine bay to have quick and easy access as the original locks and hinges require much effort to manipulate.

Those who are interested may click this link of the dealer to take advantage of the sale. Photos of the race car have been posted on the said link too. This legendary Jaguar XJR-15 may soon add to your collection.
