Samsung Will Disclose Results of Investigation of Exploding Galaxy Note Series

Popular mobile manufacturer, Samsung, has been in the limelight for quite awhile after the issue of exploding Galaxy Note 7. The good news is that Samsung will reveal the results of their investigation soon.

If most people could remember, Samsung unveiled one of their latest model units in the Galaxy Note series, the Galaxy Note 7 last August 19, 2016. However, the company faces countless controversies after its release due to some unit exploding when in use. This prompted the company to issue a recall of their units. They also conducted an investigation on what causes the phones to explode when it use.

Now, Samsung is ready to reveal their findings on their investigation of the Galaxy Note 7 series. Ever since the controversies arose, fans of the phone brand are eager as to what causes the Galaxy Note 7 to explode. There have been reports that the batteries are what causing the explosions to happen. This caused Samsung to stop selling the phablet and recall at least 2.5 million units worldwide and cease their production of Galaxy Note 7 permanently.

Because of explosions, several countries are banning the use of the Galaxy Note 7 in certain establishments like airports. They are also prohibiting people who own the phablet from using them during flights in case it might explode. Despite Samsung replacing it with new models that use new batteries, explosions still continue to happen.

There are speculations circulating that aside from the batteries, Galaxy Note 7's primarily curved design is also to blame. The curved design puts pressure on the battery inside, which may cause problems when people use it excessively. On January 23, Samsung will reveal the true reason of what is causing the explosions with their Galaxy Note 7. They are hoping that this issue will not affect the sales of Galaxy Note 8 which the company is planning to release this year.
