Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione Is Ferrari’s Latest Bespoke Car; Is This Built For A Customer Or Is This Part Of A Project? [VIDEO]

A bespoke Ferrari was spied being built by the famous Italian Auto Maker. Although the unique car was given the complicated name of Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione, it remains simply beautiful as Ferraris have been known worldwide. As a bespoke car, only one Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione will be built and sold, making the buyer a proud owner of a unique Ferrari.

The Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione has been patterned after a Ferrari car of the 1960s, the 275 GTB. However, as a bespoke car, some modifications were made to make it similar but also different in certain ways from the car that inspired it. For the Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione, the track was made wider, making it look more confident on the road. Its wheels were modified into 20-inch forged wheels to give it a unique look, according to Auto Guide.

Some features not found in the 275 GTB were also added to the Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione. It now has an updated front fascia and unique headlamps. For its powertrain, the auto maker fitted it with the 6.3-liter V-12 engine used in the F12tdf. This engine produces 769 horsepower, with 7-speed dual clutch, resulting in a powerful, unique car, according to Digital Trends.

The Italian auto maker did not yet reveal who commissioned this one and only Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione but it's likely to be one customer who wanted to have a bespoke Ferrari, or it could be a precursor for a certain project. While a Ferrari would cost around half a million dollars, modifying the Ferrari SP 275 RW Competizione to come up with a unique car can double the price, making it more or less one millions dollars, according to Car and Driver.

Owning a Ferrari is great; having one exclusively designed for one's taste can be simply overwhelming.
