There are companies who are trying to make partnership with another company to make a new product or a new project. Such as mobile phones, other gadgets and etc.

A new partnership has been finalized! Partnership between Mobileye and Delphi and Intel. This partnership is to build an affordable self-driving car that the target date of selling is on 2019 the earliest. And since people know that Intel is known in computer processor this company will be the one to provide the chips needed for the self-driving car.

Intel Company is one of the leading brand when it comes to chip processor or computer processor. According to some sources Intel already tried making a chip processor that will surely work to the self-driving car. This company will invest $250 million in autonomous driving technology. And another thing they have announced that Mobileye and BMW will have a partnership for the same kind of car on 2021. The rival company of Intel which is the Qualcomm also made a big bet on autonomous driving. Information came from Tech Crunch.

This collaboration will have a high expectation in the market as well as to the customers. Having Intel as the chip processor make will surely be an awesome project. The areas of focus will be building out the processing power necessary for cars to scan the road, ID pedestrians and meld radar images in real time. All at the same time while keeping the wheels turning and radio is on.

According to the spokesperson of Intel, Mobileye and Delphi will begin to use the Core i7 Intel Chip (which is the latest one). And on the later they will be using an upgraded and more powerful processor wherein the name will be revealed soon. Gathered information from PYMNTS.
