6 MacBook Pro Rumours to Get You Excited

Talks about the MacBook Pro 2016 have been going around these past weeks. Analysts and enthusiasts have all been quick to share their two cents about the much anticipated piece. Thinner and sleeker are just but few of the buzz words surrounding the Apple product.

Here are 6 rumours about the much awaited MacBook Pro 2016:

1.       Thinner, of course.

Special space saving hinges are a thing and Digitimes reports that notebook hinge maker Jarllytec will begin shipping MIM (metal injection molding) hinges for the 15-inch models in the third quarter of this year.  The notebook hinge provider, naturally, saw a surge in its revenues after shipment of MIM hinges for 13-inch MacBooks in May.

2.       Two models to choose from.

The MacBook Pro 2016 will come in 13-inch and 15-inch displays. For customers, these but two options will take a great deal of weighing which one to buy.

3.       Touch ID, your fingertips hold the key.

Say goodbye to typing passwords over and over again.  According to reports, a Touch ID support will be placed in the power button. That's opening and authenticating in one touch.

4.       OLED in, F Keys out.

This excites Apple enthusiasts the most. An OLED touch bar would replace the function key row, bringing in the most significant change to the Apple laptop in years.

5.       USB-C port.

This means faster transfer speeds to and from other devices. However, the slot is also rumoured to be used for charging, too.  This means that you can only do one of either at a time.

6.       October as target release.

Customers better be ready as release dates as early as October have been reported. With these rumours hopefully coming true, Apple fans will sure have a lot to thank for in the next couple of weeks.
