Exclusive: Is this the Apple car in New York City?

We didn't hear any news about Apple's progress on its own branded car at this week's WWDC conference, but we do have this image. 

We just spotted a Dodge Grand Caravan with mysterious-looking devices on the roof--just like previously spied prototypes. The California license plates and annoyed smirk of the driver might be the remaining clues we need.

Whatever the minivan is doing in New York City has us excited. If you spot it, too, let us know.
