BMW Raises Prices on Select 2015 Models

Car shoppers beware: BMW of North America is increasing the prices on several of its popular models.

Vehicles like the 2015 BMW ActiveHybrid 3, BMW 328i, and BMW X3 xDrive 35i will all receive price increases.

New prices are effective starting on October 1.

Price increases will range from $100 to $400.

BMW's 2015 550i xDrive Gran Turismo starts at $72,350, for an increase of $350.

The 2015 BMW X3 xDrive 35i starts at $46,450, including shipping, for an increase of $400.

The 2015 BMW 328i sedan starts at $38,450, including a $950 destination charge, reflecting a $100 price increase, while the 2015 BMW ActiveHybrid 3 starts at $51,100, including shipping, reflecting a $250 price increase.

BMW described the price changes as a "modest inflationary increase."

Sales of BMW brand vehicles increased 8.6 percent in September for a total of 25,586

BMW group in the U.S. reported Sept sales of 29,805 vehicles, an increase of 3.2 percent.
