2015 BMW Limited-Edition 6 Series Gran Coupe Priced at $116K

BMW has announced pricing for the 2015 Individual 6 Series Gran Coupe Bang & Olufsen Edition, which starts at $116,240 with $950 in shipping fees.

American dealerships are taking orders for the line on a first come, first served basis, according to Edmunds.com.

"Production is limited to 100 BMW 650i Gran Coupe models equipped with either rear-wheel drive or BMW sDrive all-wheel drive and powered by the BMW TwinPower turbocharged V8 engine," Edmunds reported. "Just 10 BMW Gran Coupe M6 Bang & Olufsen Edition models are available."

For the full optioned 2015 BMW Individual 6 Series Gran Coupe Bang & Olufsen Edition M6, buyers will be looking at a $152,423 starting price, including shipping. The model, which comes in Brilliant White Metallic or Dark Graphite II Metallic for the exterior color, features a high-end audio system as standard.

The new 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen High End Surround Sound is a 1,200-watt system with loudspeaker grilles in a brushed black aluminum finish. A set of black BeoPlay H6 high-end headphones, also with the same aluminum finish, is included with the package as well.

In standard trim, the limited-edition model has the Cold Weather package and the M Sport Edition, while the M6 version adds the high-performance Competition package, Executive package and Driver Assistance Plus package.

The 6 Series Gran Coupe competes in its segment with the 2014 Porsche Panamera Turbo S and the Audi RS 7, according to Edmunds.
