2015 BMW 5 Series Sedan Starts at $50,450

BMW has announced the price for its new 2015 5 Series sedan, which has been listed for just $25 more than the 2014 model

Prices announced by the automaker includes:

- 2015 BMW 5 Series sedan starts at $50,450, including a $950 shipping fee

- 2015 BMW 550i xDrive starts at $67,150, including shipping

- 2015 BMW ActiveHybrid5 starts at $62,350, including shipping

- 2015 BMW 535i Gran Turismo starts at $61,150, including shipping

Standard features found on the new models includes enhanced Bluetooth, a sport leather steering wheel, USB + smartphone integration.

Comfort Access is standard for the first time on all 550i and 550i xDrive vehicles, according to BMW.

BMW has also cut the price of its 5 Series Night Vision with a Pedestrian Detection option from $2,600 to $2,300.

The 5 Series received a slight update for the 2014 model year.

The Modern Line is not available on the 5 Series for the new vehicle year.

The BMW 5 Series competes with a number of vehicles like the Audi A6, Lexus GS, and Mercedes-Benz E-Class, among others.

Interested customers can expect the carryover 2015 5 Series is to arrive at dealerships by this summer.

An exact release date has not been announced yet by the automaker.
