Base 2015 Scion tC Coupe With Six-Speed Manual Transmission Priced

Toyota has announced that its base 2015 Scion tC coupe with a six-speed manual transmission has been listed for $19,965, including a $755 shipping fee.

The price reflects no increase compared to the 2014 model.

The confirmed price might seem like good news for Scion fans, but the 2015 model is a carryover vehicle, and only "minor upgrades" should be expected.

The base 2015 Scion tC with a six-speed transmission has been listed for $21,115, including shipping. The new price reflects a $150 increase compared to its predecessor, according to the automaker.

Interested customers can expect the vehicle to reach dealerships sometime in early June.

The 2015 Scion tC with automatic transmission now comes with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters, according to the automaker.

Two new exterior colors will be available as well:  Cosmic Gray will replace Classic Silver and Super White has been replaced by Blizzard Pearl.

Toyota expect the Scion tC to compete with similar models like the 2014 Ford Fiesta ST and the Volkswagen GTI, among others.
