Apple rumors are swirling with speculations ranging from an Apple smartwatch device to a larger-sized iPhone to a new Apple television set.

The Cupertino, Calif.-based company might finally be working on a larger smartphone. Apple is believed to be working on two larger smartphones that measure more than 4.5 inches and more than 5 inches, respectively, Yahoo Tech reported via The Wall Street Journal.

The phablet, which is defined as a smartphone with a display larger than 5.6 inches, has been increasing its market share, but Apple has yet to debut a larger phone.

Apple is reportedly developing a new Apple TV set-top box to launch next month and be available in time for the Christmas shopping season, Bloomberg reported.

But the biggest game-changer for the company could be the upcoming iWatch. Apple has trademarked the word "iWatch" in at least four countries, including Taiwan, Russia, Mexico and Japan, according to The New York Times.

"Yes, the iWatch is going to come, and it has already triggered a lot of similar products from the competition," Tom Kang, an analyst at Counterpoint Research told the Times. "It will definitely be a significant steppingstone, in our view."

Apple has declined to comment on whether or not a smartwatch is in development, and the company's application in Taiwan for a trademark only states that the device's color will be black.

iPad fans who were hoping for a larger device may have to wait a while. While reports of a nearly 13-inch tablet have surfaced since last summer, the latest from MacRumors is that the project is on hold.

The rumored 12.9-inch iPad has been nicknamed the "iPad Pro," but the larger device was reportedly shelved due to lack of support from the existing production infrastructure.
