Presidents Day Sale: GM Confirms Discounts For Popular Vehicles

General Motors has revealed details for its Presidents Day Sale, which includes discounts on the redesigned 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup truck, according to the automaker's website.

The sale runs through February 28, meaning those interested in buying a new car have until the end of the month to take advantage of GM's discounts.

The 2014 Chevrolet Silverado is available for $7,092 less than it's usually offered for, according to GM.

GM has confirmed the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Double Cab All-Star Edition is priced for $30,428, after the automaker's $3,900 Presidents Day cash allowance, a $2,442 Presidents Day Discount and a $750 Optional Package Discount.

The price does not include the vehicle's destination fee, according to the website.

The GM Presidents Day event also features deals for the 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, Cruze and Malibu.

Other GM dealers are also getting in on the fun, like Buick and GMC.

The 2014 GMC Sierra Pickup will be available for $7,588 less than it's usually offered for, according to GM.

The GMC Sierra 1500 Double Cab is available for $42,110, including a $1,095 destination charge.

All GMC models, including the 2014 GMC Terrain and GMC Acadia, have been made available for a discounted price.

Cadillac is not participating in the Presidents Day event.
