2014 Honda Civic Hybrid on Sale Now

Honda has confirmed that its new 2014 Civic Hybrid is on-sale now at company dealerships nationwide for a suggested retail price of $24,635.

The 2014 Civic Natural Gas will be available at dealers in 37 different states starting February 15 for a suggested retail price of $26,640.

Honda has also confirmed its new Civic Hybrid has an improved EPArating of 44/47/45 city/highway/combined, which is an increase from the 2013 vehicle's 44/44/44, according to a company press release.

The vehicle is equipped with Display Audio with a 7-inch touchscreen that lets users swipe and tap just like do while using a smartphone device to access a number of features like their phonebook, vehicle information, navigation features, and different forms of media.

The touchscreen display also allows customers to use the automaker's next-generation HondaLink, an app-based platform that connects a user's smartphone and car together. The service provides access to online and cloud-based data and information from inside and outside the vehicle, according to Honda.

Both models also come with an Expanded View Driver's Mirror that, along with the optional LaneWatch display, was designed to increase how much a driver can see around the vehicle.

The Civic Natural Gas Leather Navi model comes with features like a six-speaker audio system, leather seats, heated side mirrors and heated front seats.

The Civic Hybrid is available in standard, Leather Navi, and Navi, Leather variations, all of which come with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), according to the automaker.

The Civic Natural Gas comes in a standard and Leather Navi trim, and both are offered with a 5-speed automatic transmission.

Both vehicles are made at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, which is located in Greensburg, IN.
