Paul Walker's Daughter to Inherit His $25 Million Estate

Paul Walker's daughter will inherit the actor's entire estate, which is valued at approximately $25 million.

The "Fast & Furious" star's final will and testament was filed Jan. 28 in Santa Barbara and calls for his father to serve as executor of the estate.

Walker's mother will serve as guardian of the actor's daughter, according to the Associated Press.

The will was signed back in 2001, the same year Walker, 40, starred in the first "Fast & Furious" movie which was a world-wide success and helped launch 6 additional films. The franchise will generate millions in the future for the actor's estate.

Walker died Nov. 30 in a fiery car crash in Los Angeles. He was a passenger in a Porsche being driven by a friend and business partner Roger Rodas.

Rodas was driving the vehicle well over the legal speed limit when it collided with a light pole and a tree and burst into flames.

No mechanical problems were found with the Porsche, but the vehicle was going for at least 100 mph.

An estate hearing has been set for Feb. 20 in Santa Barbara Superior Court.

Walker was in the middle of filming the seventh installment of the "Fast & Furious" franchise when the deadly incident took place. Universal has said that Walker will still appear in the film, but they haven't said how the footage will be handled yet.

Walker appeared in all but one of the racing films.

"Fast & Furious 7" is set to be released in April 2015.
