Subaru Teases 2015 Legacy Before Chicago Auto Show

Subaru surprised the world this week by offering a sneak peek at its remodeled 2015 Subaru Legacy.

The Legacy will be formally introduced at the 2014 Chicago Auto Show, but Subaru decided to get car buyers excited by revealing a silhouette picture of the vehicle.

The Legacy competes in the same segment as vehicle like the Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, and the Toyota Camry.

Subaru mentioned this week that the midsize sedan comes equipped with a "faster windshield rake angle and narrower A-pillars" which helps make a "sporty, modern" look.

The automaker has yet to reveal launch timing, pricing, or specs for the 2015 Legacy.

The Legacy will be available with Subaru's optional EyeSight system, which was created to help drivers avoid crashes no matter what the driving condition is like.

Pricing has not been mentioned by the automaker for this option either however.

Subaru will reveal more about the vehicle and its design officially on February 6. Make sure to check back then for more details.

The Chicago Auto Show will take place Feb. 8 - 17, 2014.
