Dash Cam Footage of Yasiel Puig Speeding Arrest Released (WATCH)

The Florida Highway Patrol has released dash cam footage of Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig's driving arrest from December.

Puig was pulled over and arrested for driving 110 mph in a 70 mph zone, according to Police, who spoke with WPTV.

Two passengers and Puig's mother were in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

The arrest took place on I-75 in Collier County, Florida on Dec. 28, 2013.

The newly released video shows an officer handcuffing Puig, who was wearing bright pink shorts, on the side of the highway.

The officer can be heard lecturing Puig about how he could have killed his own mother by driving at such dangerous speeds.

"You don't care about your own mother's life?" the officer asked Puig, in Spanish, according to TMZ.

The Los Angeles Dodgers star can be heard screaming profanities from the back seat of the vehicle in Spanish, while also pleading to be let go.

Puig was processed at the Collier County Jail and released on a $500 bond, according to CNN.
