Galaxy Note 3 Wireless Charging Flip Cover Available for $70

The new Wireless Charging S-View Flip Cover for the Galaxy Note 3 device is now available for purchase on Samsung's online store.

Owners can purchase the flip cover for $69.99.

The leather flip cover is currently available in two colors: white and black.

Though the cover provides a number of functions, the most useful feature is that it supports wireless charging.

The device does not come with a Qi-charging pad, so to wirelessly charge your device, you have to purchase one separately, according to TheDroidGuy.com.

Charging pads can be sold for around $30 to $40, so in total you'll spend closer to $100 with the flip cover if you want to charge your device wirelessly.

Samsung designed the cover to protect the tablet from scratches, but is also comes with a S-View, which has been described as a window to access to a number of different features provided by the Note 3 device, according to Samsung.

By simply swiping your finger, you can either reject or pick up a call, use the device's camera, look for music, and check recent notifications, without removing the cover.

The highly-anticipated Auto Wake Function was designed by the company to turn the power on once the cover has been flipped open. This means Galaxy Note 3 users who purchase the cover won't have to keep clicking the on and off switch every time they want to access their device, according to Samsung.

Flip covers were previously sold for Samsung devices like the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note 2.
