Lindsay Lohan to Sue Rockstar Games Over ‘Grand Theft Auto V’ Character With Her Likeness (VIDEO)

Lindsay Lohan has contacted her lawyers to sue Rockstar Games over a character in the game "Grand Theft Auto V" that she believes looks just like her.

The troubled actress' attorneys are getting ready to sue Rockstar over an issue with paparazzi-themed missions in the game. In one mission, players have to help a Lohan lookalike character escape photographers and take her home.

Lohan believes the game's developers designed this mission based on Lohan's own attempt to flee the media in the past.

That's not the only issue however, as a Lohan lookalike can also be seen at a hotel, which looks like the Chateau Marmount in West Hollywood, a favorite of Lohan's.

Lohan stayed at the Chateau Marmount while filming "Liz & Dick" according to TMZ.

The girl who appears on the game's cover, which many people have said also looks like Lohan, was based on Shelby Welinder, a model who was paid by the company to pose for the game.

Lindsay Lohan has contacted her lawyers to sue Rockstar Games over a character in the game "Grand Theft Auto V" that she believes looks just like her.

Welinder has commented on Twitter about the news that Lohan was suing, even re-tweeting funny comments from fans.

GTA V sold over $1 billion in only three days, easily becoming the fastest-selling videogame of all time, according to Rockstar.

So what do you think? Does Lohan have a point, or is Rockstar safe?
