Former "Wizards of Waverly Place" actor Jake T. Austin has been named in a hit-and-run in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.

A 2010 Audi with New York license plates supposedly drove into three parked cars in Sherman Oaks, C.A., causing "major damage" to the vehicles.

An incident report said the Audi is registered to the former Disney Channel star, whose real name is Jake Szymanski.

The crash took place at 3:00 a.m., according to TMZ.

Police have not confirmed if who was behind the wheel of the vehicle at the time of the incident.

Witnesses have come forward saying that after the crash a passenger could be seen throwing a bottle of vodka at a nearby building. Another witness said that the driver and passengers were picked up by a black car service before police could arrive at the scene, according to TMZ.

An investigation has been opened, though no arrests have been made so far.

Austin got his start in 2004 voicing the Nickelodeon character Diego on the show "Dora The Explorer." He then landed the role on Wizards as the youngest of three wizard siblings. The show also featured Selena Gomez.

Austin can currently be found on the ABC Family drama series The Fosters, which is about a same-sex couple and their children.
