Best Used Cars for 2013 Named by Edmunds.com, See Full List

Edmunds.com unveiled the 17 "Best Used Cars for 2013" this week, ranking vehicles that range from convertibles, trucks, and even a hybrid.

In all, nine brands were represented on the list, with Honda and Toyota leading the way with four vehicles each, according to a company press release.

Three Ford vehicles appear on the list.

"There are a lot of popular cars on this list, and that's not a surprise," said Edmunds.com Editor in Chief Scott Oldham in a press statement. "Wider availability of a particular vehicle almost always translates to more competitive prices and better value for used car shoppers."

The compete Best Used Cars for 2013 list includes:

Compact Sedan: 2006-2011 Hyundai Elantra

Compact SUV/Crossover: 2006-2011 Honda CR-V

Compact Truck: 2006-2011 Toyota Tacoma 

Convertible: 2006-2011 Volvo C70

Coupe: 2006-2011 Honda Accord

Hybrid: 2006-2011 Toyota Prius

Large Sedan: 2006-2011 Toyota Avalon

Large SUV/Crossover: 2007-2011 Mazda CX-9 

Large Truck: 2006-2011 Ford F-150 

Luxury: 2006-2011 Infiniti G35/G37/G25

Minivan/Van: 2006-2011 Honda Odyssey

Midsize Sedan: 2007-2011 Ford Fusion

Midsize SUV/Crossover: 2006-2011 Toyota Highlander 

Performance Car: 2006-2011 Ford Mustang GT

Subcompact Sedan: 2007-2011 Honda Fit

Two-Seat Sports Car: 2006-2011 Chevrolet Corvette

Wagon: 2006-2011 Subaru Outback
