Chrysler has priced its upcoming 2014 Jeep Wrangler Dragon Edition vehicle for $23,390, including a $995 destination charge.

Expect the new Dragon Edition vehicle to appear in showrooms this fall for a limited time, according to a company press release.

"Our loyal Jeep enthusiasts asked us to build this unique Wrangler," said Mike Manley, Jeep Brand president and CEO, in a statement.

The 2014 vehicle is equipped with a 285-hp 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine.

Chrysler will only be making the vehicle available in black, according to the company press release. The new design will include a charcoal dragon decal along the hood and driver's side of the truck.

The automaker chose the dragon name because it symbolizes strength and power and is the "aspirational character normally associated with royalty."

Other specs include: 18-inch spoke wheels, and a Bronze Satin Gloss exterior trim.
