Toyota has announced the new limited edition Aygo x-claim is coming out in the U.K. this summer. Only 350 units will be sold and the price starts at $18,300 (£14,195).

Toyota has announced to sell a limited edition Aygo that is simply called Aygo x-claim. It will be offered as a five-door car with white and red contrasting hues on the inside and out.

To make the new model extra special, Toyota designed a red and white color scheme all over the limited edition model. This design complements the retractable canvas roof in Bordeaux red.

The limited edition Aygo x-claim runs with only one engine option but with two transmission variants. It will come with a 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine that can deliver 68 bhp. European buyers may choose from a five-speed manual gearbox for $18,300 (£14,195) or the more expensive automatic model for $19,200 (£14,895).

Looking at the cockpit, the new Aygo x-claim got its inspiration from the high-end x-clusiv model of Toyota's city car. Standard model features a 7-inch multimedia touchscreen infotainment system that carries a Bluetooth and DAB radio. It also has an automatic projector style headlights, automatic air conditioning, leather steering wheel and a reversing camera.

The new design boasts of its impressive colors. The latest 15-inch alloy wheels of the limited edition model wear a burgundy-edged center caps. There are decals in burgundy to match the white body as well. The instrument panels and the dashboard also wear a burgundy finish.

Whereas, the rear bumper inserts and the "X" bodywork in front have a glossy black finish. In addition, the leather seats also have a black shade and a burgundy piping on the mats. The new design also features the air vent surrounds and upper door trims in white color.

The Toyota Limited Edition Aygo x-claim is now on sale in the UK showrooms of the Japanese automaker. Toyota has only produced 350 units so hurry and grab your x-claim now!
