2018 Hennessey Exorcist Camaro ZL1: Another Drag Oriented Car That Will Spice Up The Track With Its 1000hp

Another civil war of horsepower is happening right now. The Camaro ZL1 has the same stuff under the hood as the Corvette pumping an impressive 650 of horsepower. A lot of drivers are eager for the arrival of the top iteration of Mustang, the GT500 with similar figures, and the Dodge Challenger Hellcat with its 707 of horsepower. For some, these mentioned numbers are not enough, and the 2018 Hennessey Exorcist Camaro ZL1 could be the one that will satisfy every driver's hunger for horsepower.

Before anything else, this beast comes in black with an attractive red lettering. The driver's feet will also feel sporty and at the same time comfortable with the car's special floor mats.

One will be blown away with the Exorcist Camaro ZL1 offering an insanely powerful horsepower of 1000. This given figure is 350 higher from the already powerful ZL1. The 6.2-liter supercharged engine went on a lot of upgrades for it to reach that range.

With the 2018 Hennessey Exorcist Camaro ZL1 achieving that extraordinary power, a new high-flow supercharger is pushing more of the air to the engine, new valves both intake and exhaust, improved intercooler, and an upgraded springs and retainers along with new lifters and pushrods. The tuner hasn't disclosed any other figures precisely aside from the car's horsepower, but it is said that the acceleration time only takes 3 seconds and that it will end a drag race in just less than 10 seconds.

The automaker hasn't bothered much about the styling of the2018 Hennessey Exorcist Camaro ZL1 since most of its time and effort were wisely spent on the under the hood's performance. Besides, this car is already mean looking with its gaping grille, rear wing, quad-exhausts, and hood vent. The Exorcist will definitely face the biggest Dodge Demon with its capability as a quarter-mile destroyer.
