2018 Lexus LC 500 'Feats Of Amazing:' Perfect Representation Of Its Capabilities!

The latest "Feats of Amazing" ad campaign of Lexus for its 2018 Lexus LC 500 is nothing short of impressive! This 30-second campaign wonderfully represents its capabilities and capacity as a touring car more than just a sports car.

Lexus is kicking off its latest marketing initiative to introduce the LC 500 and its hybrid counterpart. The "Feats of Amazing" is now out and it creatively highlights the car's perfect weight distribution and naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V-8 engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

The commercial showcases how excellent its handling is, being able to negotiate twists and turns effortlessly. It may not be the lightest car around, however, its engine capable of producing 471-horsepower gives much-needed grace, movement, power, and control.

The 2018 LC 500 is also capable of producing 398 pound-feet of torque. This is well evidenced in its acceleration, going from zero to 60 mph in 4.4-seconds. Its top speed registers at 270 kph.

The "Feats of Amazing" ad came out a day after the launch of an online configurator in the US for both versions. The base car is reportedly priced at $92,995, while customers can spend to as much as almost $110,000 if options are considered.

The 2018 Lexus LC 500 may well give BMW 6 Series Coupe a tough competition. It also has its eyes set on competing with Mercedes S Class Coupe because of its different design concept and NA engine.

The 2018 Lexus LC 500 is best as a grand tourer as it is quiet, sports a bigger engine, and well-crafted interior. Though the advertisement showed how it can efficiently handle sharp curves and turns, other sports cars perform better because of it being lightweight. As earlier reported, the LC 500 is on the heavy side but packed with much-needed power.

The 2018 Lexus LC 500 is one impressive vehicle of its class. Whether it is classified as a grand tourer or a sports car, the most important factor is its capabilities and power. From the "Feats of Amazing" ad, it does deliver and sure to do even more.
