Samsung Note 8: Dual-Lens Camera As Its Most Important Update

When Samsung wants to make a comeback, they mean it! Samsung Note 8 is reported to be underway, with reports saying that it is 100 percent to be out this year. Following the successful release of Samsung S8 and S8 Plus, the Note 8 is sure to trump all of the Korean tech giant's ghost of the past.

The Samsung Note 8 is even reported to be launched the second half of this year, particularly in August. This is following the trend of Samsung as it releases its Note series annually on August each year. It is known that Note 5 was released August 2015 and the Note 7 back in August of last year.

The Samsung Note 8, if it ever follows the usual Note release trend of Samsung, will definitely come in better and safer. While most have already moved on from the Note 7 debacle that happened last year, there are some who decide to never support any Samsung handsets anymore.

It is completely understandable as safety is definitely of the essence. However, Samsung reassures the public that such case will never happen again and that all of its devices are subjected to even more rigorous testing. Many believe such pronouncement as proven by the successful sales record of S8 reaching 1M pre-orders in a month, in Korea alone.

The Note 8 will have its most important upgrade, which is its dual-lens camera. It is reported to feature a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. Both will have Optical Image Stabilization and 6-element lenses. Its screen is also top-notch for measuring 6.4-inches and for being a Super AMOLED display.

A couple of months ago, there were also reports which stated that the Note 8 will not come with an S-Pen. Well, everything is possible, but industry experts say that such news is 100 percent unfounded. The Note series is called as such specifically because of its S-Pen, so removing it will give it a completely different name altogether.

Samsung Note 8 is sure to be the next big thing to wait for. With 2017 being a great year for mobile devices, the Note 8 is a great addition to the long list of superb mobile devices. It is important to note that official news has yet to be released by Samsung which will immediately be reported.
