Samsung Galaxy Book 2-in-1 is available for pre-order beginning today, April 21st. It is going to be available in different ways, with official ship date happening in a month. This tablet is full of promise so it is expected to do well, especially when more people find out about it.
As the Samsung Galaxy Book 2-in-1 is available for pre-order starting today through Best Buy and Samsung. There is an LTE-equipped version available through Verizon Wireless and the pre-order for such variant is also available today. The official ship date then commences beginning on May 21st.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 2-in-1 comes in two sizes, one measuring 10.6-inches and the bigger one measuring 12-inches. The smaller Galaxy Book retails for $630 and the bigger at $1,130. The available LTE variant is considerably steeper having a price tag of $1,300.
The Samsung Galaxy Book is highly favored compared to its closest rival, the Microsoft Surface Pro because it is shipped with keyboard accessory and an S-Pen. It also runs on Windows 10 so it is expected to perform at peak performance compared to other tablets running on mobile operating systems such as the iPad Pro.
The 10.6-inch Galaxy Book comes with 1,920 x 1,280 resolution, a 7th generation Intel Core m3, and 4GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage. The 12-inch one is even more impressive for its 2,160 x 1,440 resolution, Intel Core i5 processor, up to 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Book 2-in-1 is also considered an improved version of Huawei Matebook. After it made its official debut at the Mobile World Congress, it was then quite unsure as to when it will be available on sale. With very little notice, Samsung announced that the LTE version will be available today and the WiFi version coming on May 21st.
Samsung may have surprised everyone with its latest announcement, but it is considered a good surprise. Samsung Galaxy Book 2-in-1 will be experienced by discerning users soon enough.
