2018 Lexus NX: Everything New Is Always Good

The 2018 Lexus NX is one of the vehicles that got a lot of attention at this year's Shanghai Auto Show. It did showcase a lot of new developments, even innovations making industry experts and car enthusiasts rave about it. At most part, everything new is always a good thing and that's basically what the NX is all about.

The 2018 Lexus NX first and foremost comes with a nose that looks significantly smoother because of its new and revised front bumper and upper grille. There are also new headlamps which look similar to the units of LC flagship coupe. The list of new things continues as it also has new lower rear bumper supposedly borrowed from Lexus' front grille design.

The tail lights are also not spared for being new as it is longer than usual. The exhaust tips are larger and better integrated into the rear bumper. Its infotainment system gets a new treatment as it increased from 7.0-inches to 10.3-inches. The climate control is easier to operate with four sliders for more easy-to-understand design and layout.

The cabin "quietness" is also top notch, well, thanks to its new sound deadening body. The NX now come with standard Lexus Safety System, ensuring that everyone is safely cocooned inside the cabin. Quiet and safe are two words that go well together, especially when used to describe a car.

Buyers who are also looking for something more can choose to have the F-Sport package. It does sport more pronounced mesh grille with black accents. It gives the usual 2018 NX more attitude and bravado. To add to this is its F-Sport specific wheels and metallic accents for the cabin.

The 2018 Lexus NX is expected to go on sale towards the end of this year as the 2018 model. Its pricing is reported to be announced as the market launch draws closer. Many experts predict that the 2018 NX will do well in the market because of its notable changes, making it one of the most outstanding vehicles of its kind.
